By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from itsnursepaige.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or purchase any products.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the Site and its materials only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By purchasing, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
itsnursepaige offers the Full Acceptance Package — a digital educational program designed to help aspiring nursing students prepare for and apply to nursing school. The program includes written guides, video content, downloadable worksheets, and other digital resources.
The materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, career, legal, or admissions-counseling advice.
The Full Acceptance Package is offered as a recurring subscription of $29.00 USD per month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize itsnursepaige, through Stripe, to automatically charge $29.00 USD to your selected payment method each month until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period. Prices are listed in USD and may change on a going-forward basis, with notice provided before your next renewal.
You may cancel anytime from the Account & Billing section of your student dashboard — which opens your secure Stripe billing portal — or by emailing us at hello@itsnursepaige.com. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access to the materials continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which access ends. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Due to the immediate, digital nature of this product, all sales are final and payments — including monthly renewal charges — are non-refundable. Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not retroactively refund charges already made. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us at hello@itsnursepaige.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@itsnursepaige.com — we're happy to help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with materials you have already accessed, without first contacting us to resolve the issue, may be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate and permanent termination of your access to the Site and its materials.
We stand behind the Full Acceptance Package. If a qualifying member completes the entire program and is still not accepted into any nursing program, we will provide one-on-one coaching support to help them strengthen their application and reapply, at no additional cost, until they gain acceptance.
Admission decisions are made solely by the nursing schools and programs to which you apply; no course, coach, or program can control or guarantee those decisions. This Guarantee is therefore a commitment of continued support, not a promise of admission by any specific date, and does not include a cash refund (see Section 5, Refund Policy).

Members who do not meet all of these conditions are not eligible for the Guarantee. We may request reasonable documentation — such as proof of program completion and copies of submitted applications — to verify a Guarantee claim.
Any statistics, success stories, testimonials, or examples shown on the Site — including acceptance rates and student outcomes — reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, academic background, prerequisites, and the decisions of the schools to which you apply.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, videos, downloadable materials, and course content — is the exclusive property of itsnursepaige and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any course materials with others. Your membership grants a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. itsnursepaige does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and makes no warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from use of the materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, itsnursepaige shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or the purchase of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless itsnursepaige and Paige Olson from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or its materials, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
This Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as Instagram, TikTok, Substack, or Stripe). These links are provided for convenience only. itsnursepaige has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and itsnursepaige regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
